Iona Yeager is a retired mental health care worker living in the Colorado Rockies, who has enjoyed watching Doctor Who for over three decades with her children and grandchildren. A long time human rights advocate, Iona recognizes the influence of popular media on society, especially Western European and American society where at various times People of Color lived as culturally misunderstood, disadvantaged and oppressed minorities.
